Q1. Could you tell us about the project and where did you get the inspiration for this unique project idea?

Sure. The inspiration is from what we felt that human society nowadays has reached the point which has shifted from the real world to the virtual world.The COVID-19 has also accelerated this process. So we felt we needed to do something at this point.
Our project name is SIGNIN, just like when you sign in to a game, sign in to Instagram or to Facebook .Our mission is to help you to sign in to metaverse.
Q2. What plans does “Signin’ have to build trust and build collaboration in the community? And what is your strategy for attracting users from outside the crypto space?
Kevin：
Any team, whether centralized or decentralized, needs to have the most important spiritual leader at the very beginning.
As the team continues to grow stronger and bigger, the role of leadership in the future may not be as important as before. Actually we believe a community is a team. So we will sort out the right values in the early stages of the project.
The crucial factor in building trust with our community is ensuring that members are rewarded for their efforts. We would set clear goals and benchmarks for volunteers to meet, so they have something to aim for and know fully what’s expected of them. Once they meet these targets, however, they need to be properly rewarded for their efforts. For example, we would reward them with tokens or NFTs.
The simple answer to the second question is we are going to enter the traditional trendy fashion industry and use blockchain technology to solve the problems in the fashion industry. As a result, we are able to attract users from outside of the blockchain. We are bringing these users from the blue-sea market to the blockchain industry.

Well, SIGNIN went live on the app store a few months ago while OpenSea just announced they are live on Google Play yesterday. We’ve made a complete functional product while others are still in the process of prototype or whitepapers. We have a full-featured web3.0 web page for auctions.There are a lot of projects that have been valued at $1B, but the products have not been made, only a white paper.
As I mentioned before, we will make full use of the reward mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of community members. Ensuring that every member including community volunteers, artists, programmers and marketers who have been working hard could get a return that exceeds their expectations. We do take into account community feedback and demands.

Our ultimate goal is to create a completely virtualized ecosystem.
The so-called complete virtualization requires virtualized human beings and virtualized scenarios. We will have the game laid out as well as virtual idols.
However, most potential users are still out of reach currently. In this case, we decided to start with virtual avatars to attract people who’re interested in the project. We see our users interact with our virtual avatars. Once they become our fans, there are communities welcoming them. We are trying to build this solid foundation for later when we launch virtual idols and games.

We have been running a global business with remote employees already. Although our creators are mainly located in Japan, we have team members in Singapore, United States, and China. Globalization is what we have been implementing.
